ALDI shoppers can trust they’re shopping with the best, as ALDI Australia has officially been named Supermarket of the Year 2025 in Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards, claiming the top spot for the sixth consecutive year, and ninth time overall.


ALDI took the win with an average customer satisfaction score of 87.6%, winning every month across the year, marking a 55-month winning streak! This win demonstrates how ALDI’s commitment to provide shoppers with exceptional quality at an ALDI price is resonating with Aussie customers.

Roy Morgan’s customer satisfaction ratings are calculated from an annual survey of approximately 65,000 Australians, being the world’s most comprehensive ongoing single source survey. Spanning 40 categories across a wide range of industries, this annual award is given to the organisation in each category that achieves the highest number of top monthly customer satisfaction ratings over the past 12 months.
