Time to crack open the Monsigny Champagne – ALDI’s done it again!

ALDI Australia has been crowned once again Australia’s best-rated Supermarket with the highest number of satisfied customers nationwide, according to the Canstar Blue’s 2025 Most Satisfied Customers Awards.

Australian consumers have consistently ranked ALDI as the ONLY supermarket to earn five-stars in overall customer satisfaction within the annual supermarket ratings for the past eight years (2018-2025).

On top of receiving five stars for Overall Satisfaction, ALDI was also the only supermarket to earn five stars in four other categories, including value for money, freshness of fruit, vegetables and meat, quality of supermarket owned branded products, and store/website layout and presentation.

This is ALDI’s thirteenth win since Canstar’s Supermarket Satisfaction Ratings began in 2011. ALDI has previously won Canstar’s “most satisfied customers” award in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012, and 2011.

Kept prices LOW for customers:

ALDI’s continued commitment to everyday low prices, and its Price Promise – that it won’t be beaten on the cost of the weekly shop – comes with the assurance that it will not compromise on product quality to achieve savings for customers.  Over the past 12 months, ALDI has come out on top in all of Choice’s quarterly supermarket price surveys (June 2025, March 2024, December 2024 and September 2024).

Delivered the BEST quality for customers:

On top of delivering quality at affordable prices, ALDI goes above and beyond to provide award-winning products for customers. ALDI has built strong relationships with its Business Partners who are key to supplying an award-winning range of quality produce at affordable prices. In the past year, ALDI has won numerous awards, such as Canstar Blue’s Most Trusted Mobile Plan Provider for ALDImobile, the Golden Bean’s Large Chain Champion Award for its Lazzio Coffee Beans, and Best Supermarket for Fruit and Vegetables for the fourth consecutive year from Canstar Blue.

ALDI offers shoppers a carefully selected range of around 1,800 products, 90 per cent of which are its Exclusive Brand products. In May, ALDI opened its 600th store, with 88 per cent* of the nation’s population now living within 20km of an ALDI store. Over the past year, ALDI also upgraded its website (rated five-stars by customers) making the process of comparing value at ALDI for Australian shoppers easier than ever before.
